EZ Air Solutions provides consumer financing solutions for HVAC system replacements and related home improvement projects.
Customers who separately opt in to receive SMS messages may receive text messages regarding their financing application, account status, requests for additional documentation, income verification, financing decisions, funding updates, payment reminders, contractor coordination, customer support, and other service-related communications.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing, applying for, or receiving services from EZ Air Solutions LLC.

By selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on an EZ Air Solutions form, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from EZ Air Solutions LLC at the mobile telephone number you provide.
The consent checkbox is not pre-selected and is separate from acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You may submit an application or use EZ Air Solutions' services without providing SMS consent.

3. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number. After sending STOP, you will receive confirmation and will no longer receive SMS messages. If you want to rejoin, sign up again. If you experience issues, reply HELP or contact the business directly.
EZ Air Solutions may recognize additional standard opt-out keywords, including UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.
